While working on marketing for the original Apple iPad, and seeing the steady stream of game-changer apps being created, I had an idea of my own — an app that revolutionizes note-taking and note storage. I created Totes M’ Notes, which combined the familiar, analogue experience of old school notebooks and note-taking with all the innovation the iPad offered.
The first-of-its-kind app allowed students to create custom notebooks for every subject and fill them with notes for the entire school year. So instead of having to carry and keep track of all their class folders, they could have them all in one spot. And considering textbooks were ultimately going to migrate to tablets, they could have EVERYTHING in one place.
I envisioned brands, entertainment properties, sports teams and even schools and universities developing custom folders - with real-time embedded news and content built in. My client at Honda was the first to jump on board.
And of course there were basic tools built in as well, making it the ultimate classroom tool.
